express-o is a pre-order coffee app available in Tauranga and Mount Maunganui, New Zealand. You can contact us at carltmcfarlane@gmail.com.

What we collect

We only collect information you provide directly to us:

• Café partner applications: café name, your name, email address, and optionally phone number and suburb
• Account registration (at launch): email address and password
• Orders (at launch): order details, payment information processed via our payment provider

We don't use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools on this site.

How we use your information

We use the information you give us solely to:

• Follow up on café partner applications
• Process and fulfil orders placed through the app
• Send you updates about express-o that you've opted in to receive
• Provide customer support

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How it's stored

Form submissions on this site are processed and stored by Netlify, our website hosting provider. App data is stored via Supabase. Both providers' privacy policies apply to data processed on their platforms.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time. To do so, simply email us at carltmcfarlane@gmail.com and we'll take care of it promptly.

You can also unsubscribe from any communications we send by replying to any email from us.

Changes to this policy

If we make significant changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
