Yes — you'll need a quick account to place orders and track your order status. Sign-up takes under a minute with just your email. Your order history and favourites are then saved across devices.
Yes. Each café sets up their own menu with modifiers — so you can choose your milk, add extras, adjust sizes, and anything else they offer. Whatever you can ask for at the counter, you can add in the app.
You'll get a push notification the moment your order is marked ready by the café. You can also track live status in the app — received, preparing, and ready to collect.
Yes, the app is completely free to download and use. You just pay for what you order — no subscription, no booking fees, no hidden charges.

Joining is completely free and there are no monthly fees — ever. Once we launch, we take a small per-order commission on completed sales, so our interests are fully aligned with yours. No setup costs, no lock-in contracts, and nothing until we go live.
You'll get access to the express-o partner dashboard — a simple web app where incoming orders appear in real time. Accept, prepare, and mark complete with a tap. We'll walk you through it before you go live, and it takes minutes to learn.
Yes. You can set per-slot order limits so the dashboard never lets in more than your team can handle. You can also pause new orders instantly at any time — just tap the pause button and no new pre-orders will come through until you're ready.
Absolutely. Your menu is yours to manage. Add new items, update prices, hide seasonal specials, or tweak modifiers any time through the partner dashboard. Changes go live immediately.
Customers pay in-app when they place their order. Funds are settled to your nominated bank account on a regular schedule. We handle all the payment processing — you just make the coffee.
